While we can’t tell you how much to budget here, we do ask you to come into our showroom to discuss your needs and provide you with a quote. When considering your ongoing household budget, you will want to include the cost of supplies, opening and closing costs, any additional maintenance you wish to have us perform, and an increase in utility costs due to pumps and heaters. We can help you plan for that as well.
From start to finish, it will take 3 weeks, weather dependent. We take pride in providing a world-class product in an efficient manner so you can enjoy your pool as quicky as possible. Once the contract has been signed, permit obtained, and the supplies ordered and received, the process typically includes design, excavation, pouring concrete, and adding design elements.
That depends on the size of your yard, and your budget. Once we have met and evaluated what elements and design you are interested in, we will set up a time to come out and look at the space you have planned for the pool and patio area to further discuss your options.
Most municipalities in our area will not require a fence if you install an automatic pool cover. These covers, when utilized properly, will protect your family and pets, keep the heat in, make it much easier to maintain, and save money on your gas bill.
There are many different features you can add to your in-ground pool, such as a deep end, slide, diving board, basketball hoop, tanning ledge, steps, ladders, fountains, and much more. Some of these will depend on how you plan to use your pool, and the ages of those you expect to use it. We will discuss all of these options and can help you with the decision-making process when we meet.
